IBO 3" SWM series submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal units with a diameter of 75 mm and increased resistance to sand, designed for wells with a minimum internal diameter of 85 mm. The suction and discharge bodies, housing, shaft, rotor, and diffuser are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the impeller is made of PPO polymer. This combination of materials ensures high resistance to corrosion and abrasion, as well as reliable operation even in water intakes with increased sand content.

Application
The IBO 3" SWM series is designed for drawing and pumping raw / untreated water from narrow, drilled deep wells with a minimum internal diameter of 85 mm, before the water treatment process, for single-family and multi-family homes, farms, and irrigation and drainage systems.
The pumps operate vertically and fully submerged, at a maximum depth of 80 m, with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz and a pumped liquid temperature of up to 35°C. The permissible sand content is up to 5%. The pump is not a water treatment device and does not confirm that the water is suitable for consumption – if the water is to be used for drinking or other domestic purposes, an appropriate treatment system and water quality monitoring at the point of intake must be provided.

The 3" SWM series pumps are multistage centrifugal units with increased resistance to sand. The suction and discharge bodies, housing, shaft, rotor, and diffuser are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the impeller is made of PPO polymer and the mechanical seal operates in a SiC/SiC/NBR configuration. The motor is oil-cooled.
The series includes three models differing in power and head – from 62 to 89 m – with a constant capacity of 140 l/min. Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the device against overload. The pumps are supplied with a factory-fitted 20 m power cable.
