IBO 3" SKM 100 is a monoblock peripheral submersible pump with a diameter of 3", equipped with a brass impeller and brass ports. The capacitor built into the motor eliminates the need for an external starting box, while the power cable terminated with a plug – available in 15 or 20 m versions – enables quick start-up without additional electrical equipment.

Applications
IBO 3" SKM 100 is designed for extracting and pumping technically clean raw water from deep-water intakes and tanks for single-family and multi-family homes as well as small irrigation systems. The pump operates exclusively with water free of solid contaminants – the medium must not contain solid particles or abrasive substances that could damage the brass impeller and mechanical seal. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.
The 3" SKM 100 230 V submersible pump operates in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 80 m. The permitted temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C. The device is compatible with standard pressure tanks and pressure-control systems.

Can the 3" SKM 100 pump pump water containing sand or other solid contaminants?
No. The 3" SKM 100 pump is intended exclusively for operation with clean water. The presence of solid particles or abrasive substances may damage the brass impeller and mechanical seal. If the intake contains sand or suspended solids, install a filter before the pump or select a model adapted to such conditions.
Does the 3" SKM 100 pump require an external starting box?
No. The starting capacitor is built directly into the pump motor in both cable variants (15 and 20 m), eliminating the need to install an external starting box and simplifying the electrical installation.
What is the difference between the 3" SKM 100 and the 4" SKM?
The 3" SKM 100 model is available with one power rating of 0.75 kW and is intended for 3-inch boreholes. The 4" SKM series offers three power levels (0.75, 1.1 and 1.5 kW) for larger 4-inch boreholes, while the 20 m cable variant is supplied with a separate starting box containing a capacitor, overcurrent protection and a switch. The choice depends on the borehole diameter and water demand.
