They are used in washing and dishwashing machines in the food industry, in the transport of food liquids, in the transmission of suspensions in processing and in fish farms. They are also used in the metallurgical industry, in dyeing plants in the textile industry, for cleaning bottles, cans and glass, and in air conditioning and heating systems.
In agriculture, the pump can be used to transfer moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness and to pump fertilizers, as well as in irrigation and drainage. The series also supports swimming pool systems, where the two-stage design allows for overcoming greater height differences and pressure losses in the installation. The 2CPM T industrial pump operates in a three-phase system, powered by 3~230 V or 3~400 V.
Features of 2CPM 300T – description and technical data
The 2CPM T series pumps are based on a two-stage, centrifugal design with a double closed impeller and a double mechanical seal, which allows for high efficiency and much higher lifting than comparable single-stage pumps. An asynchronous, three-phase motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, with a closed structure, in an aluminum housing with external ventilation, drives the shaft, casing, rotor and interwall made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical stuffing box is made of graphite, silicon carbide and NBR. This combination of materials ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements for devices working in contact with food products.
The 2CPM T series includes three models differing in hydraulic performance and maximum lifting - 2CPM 300/55T, 2CPM 300/67T and 2CPM 300/77T, offering maximum lifting from 55 to 76 m. The engines of all models are designed to operate with both 3~230 V and 3~400 V power supply, and the discharge and suction pipes are made in size G1½.
