In agriculture, the pump can be used to transfer moderately viscous, mildly aggressive liquids and to pump fertilizers, as well as in irrigation and drainage systems. The series also supports swimming pool systems, where the two-stage design enables it to overcome greater elevation differences and pressure losses in the system. The 2CPM 230V industrial pump operates in a single-phase system supplied with 1~230 V.
2CPM 230V features – description and technical data
The 2CPM series pumps are based on a two-stage centrifugal design with a double closed impeller and double mechanical seal, enabling high efficiency and significantly greater head than comparable single-stage pumps. The asynchronous motor, with a squirrel-cage rotor and enclosed design, housed in an aluminum casing with external ventilation, drives the shaft, casing, impeller, and intermediate wall, all made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical seal is made of graphite, silicon carbide, and NBR. This combination of materials provides corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements applicable to equipment operating in contact with food products.
In the 230V version, the series includes three models differing in hydraulic performance and maximum head – 2CPM 120/50, 2CPM 120/64, and 2CPM 200/55 – offering a maximum head of 50 to 63 m. All three models are equipped with G1¼ discharge and suction connections, facilitating compatibility with standard installation fittings.
