Application
2CPM pumps by iQ PRO are designed for pumping slightly contaminated liquids and media containing solids with a diameter not exceeding 1 mm, with the content of free solid particles up to 0.26 kg/m³ and dissolved particles up to 51 kg/m³. They are used in washing and dishwashing machines in the food industry, in the transport of food liquids, in the transmission of suspensions in processing and in fish farms. They are also used in the metallurgical industry, in dyeing plants in the textile industry, for cleaning bottles, cans and glass, and in air conditioning and heating systems.
In agriculture, the pump can be used to transfer moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness and to pump fertilizers, as well as in irrigation and drainage. The series also supports swimming pool systems, where the two-stage design allows for overcoming greater height differences and pressure losses in the installation. The 2CPM 230V industrial pump operates in a single-phase system, powered by 1 ~ 230 V.
Features of 2CPM 230V – description and technical data
The 2CPM series pumps are based on a two-stage, centrifugal design with a double closed impeller and a double mechanical seal, which allows for high efficiency and much higher lifting than comparable single-stage pumps. An asynchronous motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, closed structure, in an aluminum housing with external ventilation, drives the shaft, casing, rotor and interwall made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical stuffing box is made of graphite, silicon carbide and NBR. This combination of materials ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements for devices working in contact with food products.
In the 230V version, the series includes three models differing in hydraulic performance and maximum lifting - 2CPM 120/50, 2CPM 120/64 and 2CPM 200/55, offering maximum lifting from 50 to 63 m. All three models are equipped with pressure and suction connections in size G1¼, which facilitates cooperation with standard installation fittings.
