The solid and durable construction of the equipment is based on the highest quality materials. The housing, drive shaft and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the suction and discharge ports are cast from brass. The use of rotors and diffusers made of PPO polymer significantly reduces the wear of elements resulting from the friction of sand particles.
The single-phase motor (2850 rpm) is effectively cooled with special oil, and its winding is protected by a built-in thermal switch. The mechanical part is effectively protected by a gland made of Ceramics, SiC and NBR. The equipment allows continuous operation (in a vertical position) with a frequency of up to 20 starts per hour.
