2.5" STM 24 - submersible pump with 20 m cable
The 2.5" STM submersible pump by IBO is a multi-stage design with increased resistance
for sand, intended for supplying water to single- and multi-family houses and farms
agricultural and irrigation systems. Small diameter allows installation in narrow holes,
and the factory-installed 20 m cable with a plug allows you to omit additional connections
cable extension at typical installation depths.

Application
The 2.5" STM series is designed for collecting clean water from narrow, drilled intakes
deep water for the needs of single- and multi-family houses, farms and systems
irrigation and drainage.
The pumps operate in a vertical position, in wells with a minimum internal diameter of 75 mm,
with a maximum temperature of pumped water up to 35°C. Submersible pump 2.5" STM 230 V
works with standard hydrophore tanks and pressure automation.
Features of the 2.5" STM series
2.5" STM series pumps have a suction and discharge body made of brass, casing, shaft and rotor
made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer. Increased immunity
for sand and floating rotors ensure reliable operation even in the most difficult conditions
capture conditions.
A capacitor built into the motor eliminates the need for an external box
starting, and thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against
overload.

Which well is the 2.5" STM submersible pump suitable for?
The pump is designed for wells with a minimum internal diameter of 75 mm, which allows
install it in very narrow wells inaccessible to most submersible pumps.
Before purchasing, it is worth measuring the actual diameter of the well.
Will a 20 m cable be enough for my well?
The factory cable is 20 m long and is terminated with a plug, as in most household ones
well allows you to skip its extension. For deeper drilling, further extension
it is worth entrusting it to a specialist.
What is the difference between 2.5" STM and 3" STM?
2.5" STM has a suction and discharge body made of brass and an impeller and diffuser made of PPO polymer,
while 3" STM is made entirely of stainless steel. The choice depends on the available one
well diameter and preferred construction material.
How to choose a 2.5" STM pump model for my needs?
The choice of model depends on the depth of the well and water demand - both models have
the same capacity of 45 l/min, different lifting heights (STM 24 to 66 m, STM 31 to
