Application
The tank is used in water supply systems for single- and multi-family buildings, as well as to meet the water needs of farms and businesses. Combined with suitably selected surface or submersible pumps, the device forms an efficient pressure-boosting set that stabilizes the pipeline during temporary fluctuations in water demand from private water sources. The tank can operate with water at a maximum operating temperature of 45°C.
A layer of compressed air located between the diaphragm and the steel casing is responsible for releasing the water accumulated inside the flexible membrane. To maintain or change the factory pre-charge pressure (1.7 bar), the device is equipped with an easily accessible valve—similar to those used in car tires—hidden in the rear part of the structure under a cover. This solution makes it easier for service technicians to perform routine checks using a standard compressor.
