Application
IBO's 3" SDM series is designed to draw water from deep and drilled wells with a minimum internal diameter of 85 mm, for single-family and multi-family homes and farms. The pump is equally suitable for supplying irrigation systems – sprinklers and drip lines – as well as drainage systems.
IBO 3" SDM submersible pumps operate in a vertical position, submerged to a maximum depth of 80 m, with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz. The permissible temperature of the pumped liquid is up to 35°C. The pumps are not water-treatment devices – when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.

IBO's 3" SDM series submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal devices with an external diameter of 75 mm, increased sand resistance and floating impellers. The motor is oil-cooled; the housing, shaft and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer; and the suction and discharge bodies are made of brass.
The series includes three models differing in power and head – from the 3" SDM 24 (0.75 kW, up to 80 m), through the 3" SDM 33 (1.1 kW, up to 117 m), to the 3" SDM 40 (1.5 kW, up to 140 m), with a constant flow rate of 70 l/min. Each model is equipped with a capacitor built directly into the motor, eliminating the need for an external starting box. It is available with a 1.5 m or 20 m cable with a plug.
