Information clause - recruitment process

By clicking the button "Apply" or otherwise by sending a recruitment application, you consent to the processing of your personal data by DAMBAT JASTRZĘBSKI S.K.A. based in Adamów 50, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Employer), as the administrator of personal data for the purpose of recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement.

Your personal data will be processed based on the following legal bases: (a) to take action at your request before concluding a contract (e.g. information about expected salary and availability to start work); (b) based on our legitimate interest (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, previous employment history); (c) based on your consent, which is expressed by sending application documents containing information such as image or interests.

Providing all personal data referred to above is voluntary, however data listed in point a) and b) are necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Failure to provide data results in the inability to consider the candidacy. Providing other data is voluntary, but may help ensure smooth processing recruitment process.

You have the right to request access to your data (including obtaining a copy), rectification of your data, their deletion, restriction of processing, transfer, as well as raising objections towards their processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office of Security Personal Data.

Your personal data may be transferred to job advertisement publishing service providers, suppliers of recruitment management systems, IT service providers (hosting) and IT system suppliers. Personal data provided by you will not be used for profiling purposes or making decisions in an automated manner.

Your personal data will be processed for a period of max. 1 year from the end of publication of the advertisement, unless you have given separate consent on the use of your personal data in future recruitment.
