Vertical expansion tank with a capacity of 200 liters, intended for storing water and stabilizing pressure in closed water supply systems. The vessel is made of thick carbon steel covered with a special anti-corrosion varnish. Thanks to the use of an internal EPDM rubber membrane (produced in Italy), water does not have direct contact with the steel jacket, which extends the life of the system and facilitates maintaining hygienic standards.

Application
Vertical expansion vessel IBO ITALY GBV 200 is the foundation of hydrophore sets supplying water to single-family houses, multi-family buildings, as well as farms and industrial plants. In combination with a properly selected surface or submersible pump, the equipment effectively equalizes pressure fluctuations in the installation network based on its own water intakes.
The structure is designed to handle water only. The tank is not suitable for contact with oils, solvents, chemical fluids or medium contaminated with abrasive solid particles. The device allows you to increase the active volume of the installation while strictly maintaining the limit parameters.
Features, description and technical data
The main body is made of thick carbon sheet protected with external protective varnish. Compressed air was injected between the wall and the EPDM diaphragm, acting as a flexible pressure cushion. This mechanism ensures controlled release of water stored in the membrane during collection.
The airbag is operated using a classic valve located under the outer cover. Structurally, it is a standard car valve that allows for efficient correction of the initial pressure inside the device.
