We are pleased to announce that we are a Silver Partner 4th Congress of Water Management and Flood Protection, which will take place on September 3–5, 2025 in Krakow.
Organized by Engineering Publishing House The event is one of the most important meetings of the community related to water management and flood protection. The Congress is a space for dialogue between science, administration and engineering practice - it is a place for exchanging experiences, presenting innovative solutions and jointly searching for answers to the most important industry challenges.
Meeting people who have influence
The speakers and participants will include representatives of key institutions responsible for the legal and financial framework of water management in Poland, scientists, engineers, representatives of local governments, construction and design companies, as well as producers of technologies supporting the development of modern water infrastructure.
The Congress program includes substantive speeches by experts, discussion panels, and industry exhibition i technical trips. Awards will also be presented during the event TYTAN 2025 awards, awarded for achievements in the area of water management and flood protection.
Unique location
The meeting will take place in a random place - the historic Water Treatment Plant in Krakow's Bielany, located in Wolski Forest – in one of the most picturesque parts of Krakow.
An integral part of the program will also be a thematic walk around Krakow's Podgórze - "In the footsteps of the green and blue infrastructure of Krakow", showing the transformation of post-industrial Zabłocie into the space of a modern city.
Why is it so important today?
The year 2024 clearly showed how important actions for responsible water management and effective flood protection are. The floods that hit Poland and Europe have revealed the urgent need for change and open debate. #GWiOP2025 it is a space where these issues are not just a topic of conversation - they are the beginning of action.
