Description
IPRO QBO 200 submersible pump 230 V with float switch
QBO 200 is stainless steel submersible pump with a power of 1.5 kW, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, intended for pumping clean and slightly polluted water. The QBO series is designed with rainwater collection systems and tank installations in mind - QBO 200 is the most powerful model of the series, combining a capacity of 334 l/min with a lifting capacity of 19 m, dedicated to extensive installations with multiple intake points or significant level differences.
For whom
- Owners of large retention reservoirs – capacity of 334 l/min and lifting capacity of 19 m allow you to power an extensive irrigation system, laundry rooms, toilets and technical water intake points in the building at the same time.
- Agricultural and horticultural farms – high efficiency is suitable for powering extensive irrigation and irrigation systems on large cultivated areas.
- Service and industrial facilities – continuous operation mode allows for long-term operation in technical installations requiring constant water supply.
- Installers of rainwater management systems – 1.5 kW power and a 1½" connector enable the operation of installations where smaller models of the QBO series do not provide sufficient pressure for long pipeline routes.
Application
IPRO QBO 200 is designed for pumping clean and slightly polluted water - rainwater from retention reservoirs, surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers, as well as seawater. The Vortex impeller made of PPO polymer and AISI 304 stainless steel allows work with water containing fine organic suspensions, typical of rainwater and surface water collection systems.
The cooling jacket dissipates heat through the pumped medium, so the device does not require full immersion during operation. Built-in Float turns off the pump automatically when the water level drops, protecting the engine against dry running. Thermal protection in the winding provides additional, independent protection of the motor during long pumping cycles.
Features of the QBO 200 pump
- Adaptation for pumping water with sand and sludge: NO – only clean and slightly organic water
- Cooling Jacket: YES – operation is possible without fully immersing the engine
- Discharge port: 1½" threaded, vertical direction
- Thermal protection: YES (built into the motor winding)
- Float switch: YES – built-in, protects against dry running
- Working mode: continuous
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) manufacturer's warranty.
Dambat – a trusted manufacturer of pumps and hydrotechnical equipment with quality certificates.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – submersible pump IPRO QBO 200
How does QBO 200 differ from QBO 100?
Model QBO 100 (0.75 kW, 275 l/min, 15 m) is suitable for several intake points and medium-length delivery routes. QBO 200 (1.5 kW, 334 l/min, 19 m) is the choice for extensive installations - more intake points, longer pipeline or greater level difference between the tank and the receiver. If the QBO 100 loses pressure before the end of the route, the QBO 200 will service the installation with a spare.
Is QBO 200 suitable for supplying a building with rainwater?
Yes - the capacity of 334 l/min and the lifting height of 19 m allow you to simultaneously supply toilets, a laundry room and technical water intake points in a typical residential or commercial building. Built-in Float ensures automatic operation without supervision, and made of AISI 304 stainless steel guarantees durability even after long-term immersion in the retention tank.
Can the pump work with seawater?
Yes - AISI 304 stainless steel used in the housing, body, shaft and impeller ensures corrosion resistance when pumping seawater. This is one of the distinguishing features of the QBO series compared to standard submersible pumps made of cast iron or plastic.
Can QBO 200 be left unattended while pumping?
Yes – built-in Float it turns off the pump automatically when the water level drops and restarts it when it rises. Thermal protection in the winding provides additional, independent protection for the motor. Both mechanisms operate in parallel, which allows for maintenance-free operation in typical tank installations.
Where to buy a pump IPRO QBO 200?
The pump is available from Dambat trading partners, industry installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors. Dambat does not sell directly.
Where to service after warranty?
