Application
The KBFU INOX series is designed for draining water from construction sites, mines and quarries - wherever the pumped medium contains sand, sludge or other mechanical impurities. AISI 316 stainless steel motor housing and shaft provide corrosion resistance in conditions not available in standard gray cast iron models. The KBFU INOX 50-0.75 M model pumps out water to a level of 90 mm, and the post-type float switch automatically stops the pump before reaching the critical liquid level.
A power cable with a plug and a threaded DN 2" connector enable quick start-up of the pump without specialized tools. Thermal protection built into the motor winding provides additional protection during long-term continuous operation.

The post float switch is an element integrated with the pump body, operating vertically along its axis - unlike the classic cable float, which floats freely sideways. How does KBFU INOX differ from the standard KBFU series?
