IBO KBFU 50-2.2 M pump Sludge Submersible 230V
KBFU 50-2.2 M is the most powerful single-phase model in the KBFU series - pump Sludge with a power of 2.2 kW, powered by 230 V with a capacity of 800 l/min and a lifting height of up to 23 m. The model is intended for intensive, long-term drainage works wherever high efficiency is required with limited access to a three-phase network.
For whom
-
Construction companies carrying out deep excavations – lifting 23 m allows water to be discharged from deep foundations without additional intermediate pumps.
-
Mining plants and quarries – capacity of 800 l/min with single-phase power supply is a rare combination in the slurry pump segment.
-
Rescue crews and fire brigades – quick connection to a standard 230 V socket and high efficiency shorten the intervention time after flooding.
-
Investors and developers – one model replaces two smaller pumps when draining large foundation slabs.
-
Wholesalers and distributors of technical equipment – the top single-phase model of the KBFU series complements the offer in the segment of professional drainage pumps.
Application
The KBFU series is designed for draining water from construction sites, mines and quarries - wherever the pumped medium contains sand, sludge or fine aggregate that destroys standard centrifugal pumps. The durable, cast-iron construction of the hydraulic unit and the rotor covered with a heavy-abrasive chrome alloy layer withstand difficult operating conditions, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime and service costs. The vertical outlet direction facilitates installation in narrow collection wells and tight trenches where operating space is limited.
A key element of the design is the cooling jacket surrounding the engine. Thanks to it, the pump does not have to be fully immersed in the pumped medium to maintain a safe operating temperature - the engine is cooled by the jacket wall even when the water level in the trench is very low. This is a significant advantage in the final phase of dewatering, when a standard pump without a jacket would have to be turned off. Thermal protection built into the motor winding provides an additional layer of protection against overheating during long-term continuous operation.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – pump Sludge KBFU 50-2.2M
What distinguishes KBFU 50-2.2 M from other single-phase pumps?
KBFU 50-2.2 M is the model with the highest power in the single-phase part of the KBFU series - 2.2 kW with a 230 V power supply. Capacity of 800 l/min and lifting height of 23 m place it at the level of many three-phase pumps, while maintaining the simplicity of connection to a standard single-phase network.
For what excavation depths is KBFU 50-2.2 M suitable?
The maximum lift is 23 m, which allows water to be discharged from trenches up to approx. 18–20 m deep with typical pressure losses in the delivery hose. In the case of extremely deep excavations, we recommend contacting the Dambat technical department to select the appropriate model.
Does the KBFU 50-2.2 M pump require complete submersion?
No - the cooling jacket maintains a safe engine temperature even at very low water levels. The pump can run until the final drainage phase without the risk of overheating.
Where is the IBO KBFU 50-2.2 M pump available?
The model is available in the Dambat distribution network - from authorized sales partners, installation wholesalers and specialist technical stores. Dambat does not sell directly.
How much is the warranty for KBFU 50-2.2 M?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat, Adamów 50, Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
