IBO KBFU 100-3.7 T pump Sludge Submersible 400V
KBFU 100-3.7 T is a three-phase pump Sludge with a power of 3.7 kW, powered by 400 V with a DN 4" connection and a capacity of 1650 l/min. Transition to Connection four-inch compared to the DN 3" series with the same power translates into a significant increase in flow - this model is intended for applications where it is crucial to drain large amounts of water containing sand, sludge and abrasive elements as quickly as possible.
For whom
-
Construction companies draining extensive construction sites – capacity of 1,650 l/min with a power of only 3.7 kW is an exceptionally favorable ratio in this class of slurry pumps.
-
Mines and mining plants – big Connection DN 4" enables the connection of high-capacity pipelines, reducing pressure losses at high flows.
-
Contractors of hydrotechnical and land improvement works – high efficiency with relatively low weight considering its capabilities, facilitating transport and quick installation in the field.
-
Designers of drainage installations – DN 4" base model in the KBFU range with well-documented parameters facilitates selection in construction and industrial projects.
-
Municipal companies and technical services – high efficiency with moderate power reduces energy costs during long-term dewatering.
Application
The KBFU series is designed for draining water from construction sites, mines and quarries - wherever the pumped medium contains sand, sludge or abrasive elements that destroy standard centrifugal pumps. The durable, cast-iron construction of the hydraulic unit and the rotor covered with a heavy-abrasive chrome alloy layer withstand difficult operating conditions, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime and service costs. Connection DN 4" with a vertical outlet direction allows you to connect high-capacity pipelines directly above the pump.
A key element of the design is the cooling jacket surrounding the engine. Thanks to it, the pump does not have to be fully immersed in the pumped medium to maintain a safe operating temperature - the engine is cooled by the jacket wall even when the water level in the trench is very low. Thermal protection built into the motor winding provides an additional layer of protection against overheating during long-term continuous operation.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – pump Sludge KBFU 100-3.7T
What do I gain by choosing KBFU 100-3.7 T instead of KBFU 80-3.7 T?
With the same power of 3.7 kW, the 100-3.7 T model offers a capacity of 1,650 l/min compared to 920 l/min of the 80-3.7 T model - that's 80% more flow with the same energy consumption. The compromise is a lower lifting capacity - 18.5 m compared to 29 m. If what matters most in the installation is the water drainage rate and not the pumping pressure, the 100-3.7 T model is the right choice.
Does the reduced weight of the KBFU 100-3.7 T pump also reduce its efficiency?
No, despite its weight of 63.8 kg (close to the 80-3.7 T model), the pump boasts higher efficiency than most other models.
What abrasive particles does KBFU 100-3.7 T let through?
The model is designed to pump water with particles up to 5 mm in diameter - sand, sludge and fine aggregate. The SiC-SiC / SiC-SiC gland ensures increased durability when pumping media with an intensive content of abrasive elements.
Where to buy the IBO KBFU 100-3.7 T pump?
The model is available from Dambat's trading partners, installation wholesalers and technical stores in Poland. Dambat does not sell directly.
