The Intelligent Pump Controller, model IVR 400T, is a control and protection device for direct connection of three-phase: deep well pumps, surface pumps, submersible pumps, etc. with power from 11 kW to 37 kW (from 15 HP to 50 HP), maintaining a constant, set water pressure by changing the rotational speed of the pump motor. The IVR 400T (also known as an inverter or inverter) is a three-phase frequency converter drive specifically designed to manage water pump performance to suit a wide range of water supply conditions and requirements. The IVR 400T drive allows the pump to operate more efficiently, safer and smarter, reducing energy consumption and extending the life of the pump. The IVR 400T drive is made of high-quality components and materials and uses the latest microprocessor technology.

The IVR 400T model has multiple operating modes by adapting to different electrical installations. IVR 400T series controllers can be used in pump groups of up to 6 pumps - a maximum of 2 master devices and 4 auxiliary devices.

• Built-in PID controller: Advanced PID arithmetic to support closed-loop control.
• Stall speed control: Automatic current and voltage limitation during operation period,
• Master Drive Connector: Expandable RS485 design, one drive in the array can be master and controls other auxiliary drives (up to four) to operate in communication mode. The main drive sends PID feedback to the auxiliary drives and monitors their status in real time. Faults in auxiliary drives do not affect other drives.
• Water shortage protection: If the drive detects that the pipe pressure is lower than the set water shortage pressure value, the system automatically stops operating. After a certain period of time, it restarts automatically in certain cases. If the pressure returns to normal, the system operates normally. Otherwise, the system stops automatically, which extends its useful life to the maximum if the pump is idle.
• High pressure alarm: When the pressure exceeds the set value, the system stops working automatically, avoiding pipe damage due to high pressure.
• Auto Power Saving Mode: Automatically lowers the output voltage under light load to save power.
• Password setting: 4-bit password can be set using non-zero numbers. After exiting the setting interface, the password will be valid in 1 minute.
• Parameter Locking: Specify whether the parameter is locked in the running or stopped state in case of incorrect operation. Operational conditions.
