IPML circulation pumps – reliable water circulation in heating and cooling installations
Series IPML are industrial circulation pumps designed for cold and hot water circulation in systems o constant or variable flow. They will work well in heating substations, HVAC installations, technological circuits and in a wide range of industrial and municipal applications.
The design of IPML pumps ensures stable operation at elevated medium temperatures - standard up to 80 °C (short-term until 100 °C), at a working pressure of up to 0.6 MPa. The devices operate continuously and have a degree of protection IP55.
The most important benefits
-
Universal application – heating and cooling circuits, constant or variable flow.
-
High operational resistance – solid construction and tightness for operation at elevated temperatures.
-
Continuous reliability – optimized engine operation (approx. 2850 RPM), insulation classes B.
-
Safe work – protection IP55, protection for 230 V motors.
-
A versatile range – from compact IPML 25/125 (including for filling solar installations) to models intended for water with permissible pollutants (0.27 km/m3)
Applications
- Installations heating (central heating, exchangers, heat distribution centers) i refrigeration (chillers, air conditioning systems).
- Technological cycles in industry, circulation of utility water in closed systems.
- Filling solar installations (e.g. model IPML 25/125 – in accordance with project requirements).
Operational note: IPML pumps are not intended to work with glycol.
Working conditions
- Max. liquid temperature: 80 °C (to 100 °C for a short time).
- Max. ambient temperature: 40 °C.
- Working pressure up to: 0.6 MPa.
- Working mode: continuous.
- Degree of protection: IP44.
- Insulation class: B/F.
- Engine: approx. 2850 RPM, with protection for 230 V.
Models with permissible impurities
IPML 50/1100 and IPML 50/2200 are adapted to water containing non-abrasive and non-absorbing solid contaminants 0.27 kg/m³.
Materials and workmanship
Body and supporting elements made of durable alloys, rotating elements made of materials o increased wear resistance, and the mechanical seal – made of components ensuring tightness and stability of operation at elevated temperatures.
Why IPML?
- Stable system operation with variable flow load.
- Simple selection and integration into existing HVAC installations.
- The series includes both compact models and models for heavier applications.
