Application
The IBO Furiatka 370 pump is widely used for pumping sewage from household and agricultural septic tanks, as well as in automated sewage pumping stations. The device is also used to drain flooded residential and utility rooms, pump rainwater and surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers, and to power water systems.
The equipment is designed to work with dirty water and sewage, but the medium cannot contain hard grinding elements such as sand or gravel. The presence of abrasive contaminants leads to rapid damage to the mechanical seal and seizure of the rotor.
Features, description and technical data
The Furiatka 370 model has a solid body, engine housing and impeller made of gray cast iron. A highly effective grinding system, in which the cutting knife combines cast iron and AISI 304 stainless steel, effectively cuts organic suspensions before pumping them. A threaded connector with a diameter of 1¼" allows for trouble-free and quick connection of the delivery hose using a band or an appropriate quick connector.
The device has an external overcurrent switch integrated in the power cable (10 m long), which provides additional protection. Thermal protection is built directly into the winding of the single-phase motor (230 V). The mechanism is protected by a durable gland made of ceramics, graphite and NBR.
