Water is the basis of our lives on earth. Of course, we don't always say this word we mean something that we can use to drink. We refer to the liquid much more often, which is used in various industry. To extract or move water even better and more efficiently, even a number of complex constructions called pumps were created. Their construction, although based on basic principles, varies depending on the model. This is the case, among others for single -stage and multi -stage pumps. How is each of them built? And what are the basic differences between them? We discuss this topic in our article.

Basic differences

The name itself already indicates the main differences. Single -stage pumps are equipped with one rotor, thanks to which they stand out with a smaller and simpler design. In turn, a multi -stage pump has two rotors or more. Each subsequent one increases the pressure produced by the construction and improves the entire process. It is logical, therefore, that a two -stage pump will produce higher pressure than a single -stage pump of the same type. When choosing a tool suitable for us, we should analyze its function and our needs. It is worth remembering that the basis for selecting the pump are the characteristic pressure sizes and efficiency of the general pump.

Construction issues

The differences between a single -stage and multi -stage pump can be seen in their construction scheme. The first of these types, i.e. a single -stage pump, is often considered simple, and a key element for it is not to achieve high efficiency. It is completely different in the case of the second group. Multi -stage pumps They collect the importance of more electricity, which is why the aforementioned efficiency is very important in them. To raise it, advanced methods and complex mathematical calculations that determine efficiency are used during production.

Single -stage pumps - characteristics

Single -stage pumps They are versatile devices with many applications. Their effectiveness has been confirmed when pumping water, both pure and the one defined as dirty - it is a liquid with impurities with different fractions. These pumps can be divided into several basic types. One of them is a single -stage centrifugal pumps, where the rotor is placed either classically or between bearings. Another type is monoblock pumps, which are perfect for, among others in heating and other installations, e.g. industrial.

What are the main advantages of this type of device? First of all, single -stage pumps, thanks to their simplicity, are durable and solid tools that match the applicable standards. They have a lightweight design and operate on the basis of engines with a wide application. They also give you the possibility of choosing a shaft sealing suitable for specific conditions, as well as choosing a iron or bronze rotor.

Single -stage pump - examples

On our website you will find many examples of single -stage pumps that will meet your expectations. An excellent option is, among others Jet100A pump, i.e. a centrifugal, single -step, self -esteem pump, which is equipped with a suction capacity that increases. Full efficiency and maximum efficiency is possible thanks to the use of so -called Venturi's tube. The whole is made of durable cast iron and works by power supply with a single -phase current. The Jet100A pump can be in the version with additional hydrophore accessories (included in the pressure switch, pressure gauge, five -way discharge output, power cable with a plug), as well as in an automated version. The latter option has additional protection against harmful dry -work.

Another option is CPM Inox pumps, i.e. single -stage centrifugal pumps, normally sucking, dedicated to pumping non -aggressive liquids, with a content of solid pollutants in the amount of 0.27 kg/m3. This proposal is adapted to continuous work, thanks to which it is used in agriculture both during irrigation and drainage. It is also used in air conditioning or in households for lifting pressure.

Multi -stage pumps - main features

Multi -stage pumps are one of the examples of the vortex pump, where - as the name suggests - the key structural element is the shoulder rotor. Where can we find these complicated solutions? First of all, in various types of water installations, among others in the supply systems of Przemysłowa Plant and at service outlets such as Washes. They also perfectly fulfill their role in heating installations. Their advantages include high performance and low failure rate, which translates into satisfaction with work.

Multi -stage pump - our offer

In our offer you will also find excellent quality multi -stage pumps that ensure comfort and high efficiency. One of the available models is the HP1500 Inox pump, which is a centrifugal, multi -stage and self -lesing pump. The device is made in accordance with the highest standards, which can be seen both in terms of the structure itself and the materials used in the process. The pump is intended for supplying pure water of single -family houses, plots, farms and industrial plants. Its advantage is the ability to work efficiently at increased temperature. The pump is available in an automated version and as a complete hydrophore.

Another option is the family of multi -stage MH pump pumps. Their design uses the Venturi suction system supporting the suction of the device and ensuring the ability to suck up to 8 meters. This is an example of a quiet pump, perfect for single -family houses and agricultural goals.
