Deept pumps are adapted to work in water and allow liquid pumping from very large depths. Installation of deep -sea pumps is necessary, among others, to obtain water from a deep well, but this is not the only use. Deeply pumps are successfully used in households and various industries. They can have a screw or monoblock structure and are available on the market in any sizes, addicted by diameter parameters. Let's check how the deep pump works and where is it used?
What is the use of deep pumps?
Deep pump It is used primarily to extract water from vertical groundwater intakes, such as deep wells and free -standing tanks. Remember that the pumping pumps must have appropriate hygiene approvals. Deept pumps are also used in many industries, including in the oil industry for oil extraction and in the mine industry to drain underground structures. They are also used in the brewing industry, in water and sewage networks and in agriculture. With their help, you can also extract mineral and thermal waters and even pump sea water.
Deept pumps are used in places where the water mirror is located below eight meters. These devices can be monoblock and then the engine is integrated with a rotor or screw, i.e. working on the basis of a screw mechanism. The deep pump should be energy effective, reliable and economic in operation. Deept pumps are not intended for transporting contaminated water or liquid, containing fibrous or abrasive particles.
How do deep pumps work?
The deep pump is differently called a vortex pump, which well reflects the specificity of its construction and explains the principle of action. The deep pump can work vertically or horizontally and starts only when water is taken. The heart of the deep pump is a radial or diagonal rotor, which produces the pressure difference between the suction and crowded side and increases the value of the moment of fluid of the liquid. The deep pump is therefore a pressure pump. The rotor is powered by an electric motor, cooled by flowing liquid. The pump is mounted directly on the deep engine in a vertical position. It is available in a single -phase or three -phase version. The integrated clutch transfers the drive from the engine to the hydraulic element, i.e. the scapular rotors. From the discharge side, the deep pump is connected to the discharge pipeline with a collar or thread. Modern deep pumps work automatically and are equipped with water level sensors and special fuses, protecting against overheating of the device or its destruction as a result of an electric short circuit. They are characterized by a high degree of trouble -free.
