All products regarding products purchased in the store should be submitted via the complaint form. Inquiries related to the order process can be submitted by phone or electronically at 22 721 11 92, address biuro@dambat.pl.

The store may demand from the buyer to send photos of advertised products.

The complaint will be considered by the store within 30 days from the date of receipt of a complete complaint. The buyer will be notified immediately about any deficiencies in the complaint application, with an indication of how to supplement the deficiencies.

When advertising the product, provide the purchase invoice number, serial number of the advertised goods and description of the problem.

If you do not recognize the complaint, we will send information with the reasons for which the complaint was refused and after agreement we will send the goods at the customer's expense.
