Many well owners are wondering how effectively, and above all, comfortably draw water from it. The crank and the bucket, which were once the only possibility, fortunately no one is needed. Nowadays, we use modern solutions, among which deep -sea pumps deserve special attention. However, to properly fulfill their functions, they must be properly installed. Deep -sea pumps These are modern devices that are used to extract water from deep wells. They are used in various irrigation systems, and their numerous advantages mean that they are used both in single -family houses and in industrial plants or farms. Thanks to them, we will not only ensure tap water, but also we will water the garden using free water from our own well. The pump will work fully effectively and give us comfort of use only if it is installed correctly.
The most important issue before installing the deep pump is to choose its parameters for the size and performance of the well. Even the best pump will not meet our expectations if we downplay this issue. The diameter and depth of the well, as well as water quality are important elements to be taken into account. If we are sure that we have chosen the right device, you can proceed to assembly.
- The first step is to properly prepare the pump, which involves screwing a nipple with a check valve of the same size as a threaded connection. This will not only allow the PE pipe to be connected later, but will also prevent water from reversing. After this operation, you can proceed to mount the PE pipe using high pressure fittings.
- The second very important step is to install a steel cable. It will prevent the pump from falling to the bottom of the well. To make sure it will be solid, it is best to be made of acid -resistant steel and protected with two clamps.
- In order for the depth pump to be possible, it must be connected to the power source. Although the power cable is included in the set, it may be too short with deep wells. In this situation, the next step will be its extension with a hermetic connector, and then attached to the pipe along its entire length and releasing through the hole in the well head.
- The last step is to install the well head. It is not worth skipping in favor of makeshift solutions, because the professional head will be durable and functional. To the pipe located above it, it is worth screwing a three -way output, which will allow you to connect the pump to the hydrophore, but also to use it, e.g. to water the garden. It should also be remembered that in the case of dug wells it is necessary to use a pipe forcing the water circulation around the engine. Installation will also be very useful devices controlling pumpswhich will protect the device against dry -working, voltage drop or overload.
Proper assembly of the deep pump is a guarantee of its proper operation. Choosing it for well parameters will ensure adequate water consumption, which will guarantee the user full comfort.
