The hydrophore is a pressure tank, whose task is to keep the installation at a constant level. It is often referred to as hydrophore tank, pressure tank or water and air reservoir. In practice, it is a set of devices, which includes - in addition to the pressure pump - a hydrophore pump, a presentat (pressure difference sensor) and valves.
Hydrophore operation scheme
The hydrophore work is not really complicated, although various elements of the device are responsible for individual stages. Its action is fully based on the basic laws of physics.
Part of the tank is filled with water, and on its surface there is air in the form of so -called pillows. When pumping water, the surface that air occupies in the tank, so its compression occurs, which increases the pressure, which "compresses" into the water, pushing it out of the tank. At the time of reaching the maximum pressure, the prescription turns on the pump.
Due to the pressure at the time of the competition, e.g. after unscrewing the tap, The water is pushed out of the tank under the influence of compressed air, achieving the right pressure. In turn, the water level in the tank decreases, so there is air and pressure drop. At the time when the pressure reaches a minimum level in the tank, the prescription activates the hydrophore again, which will fill the tank with water to reach maximum pressure.
The use of hydrophore
Hydrophore tanks They are most often used in private buildings, although it can also be successfully used in the case of urban installations. Hydrophore is a necessity in households where water is drawn from its own well. It is also useful when too low pressure at the connection point to the water supply hinders or prevents water supply to all points.
Our offer includes hydrophores in various sizes, thanks to which it will choose the tank adequate to the demand, i.e. the amount of water used. The correct selection of hydrophore is a very important issue, because thanks to this you can affect the performance and life of the pump.
