Applications
The WQ 65-1.5 submersible pump with a closed two-channel impeller is designed for
for pumping light, pretreated wastewater, dirty water and rainwater. The pump
is suitable for domestic wastewater, including greywater and blackwater,
containing solid particles and short fibrous materials, originating, among other sources,
from residential and technical buildings, as well as wastewater treatment plants.
The device operates in a vertical position, with a maximum pumped-liquid temperature of
up to 40°C and water pH ranging from 6 to 10. The WQ 65-1.5 400 V submersible pump reaches a
head of up to 20 m at a capacity of up to 630 l/min.
Features of the WQ 65-1.5 pump
The WQ 65-1.5 pump features a cast-iron construction – motor housing, body and impeller
made of cast iron. The shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the mechanical seal operates
in a SiC/graphite configuration.
The oil chamber protects the motor against direct water ingress in the event of
damage to the mechanical seal behind the impeller. Cast-iron stands bolted
on the underside of the housing keep the pump at an appropriate distance from the ground, reducing
risk of inlet clogging. Three-phase power supply requires an external control cabinet
with motor overload protection.
