The Water-Mass controller is an electronic device used to control the pump operation. The device controls the operation of the pump by testing the changes in the water pressure level in the pipeline and water flow through the pipeline. Thanks to the user's adjustment, the activation pressure is fully replaced by traditional pressure circuit breakers.
The device also protects against dry -work (pump without water). The built -in check valve protects the system from returning water to the pump.
The intelligent Water-Mass controller is designed to control the pump by turning on and off the device. Turning depends on a drop in water pressure in the water system below the attachment pressure on the machine, and the flow in the pipe on which the controller is installed. In practice, the device turns on the pump when unscrewing the tap with water, or opening the sprinkles, and turns off after about 6 seconds from the moment the tap is screwed or closing the sprinklers.
The device has functions against dry -working (work of a pump without water), i.e. in the absence of water in the device, the controller turns the pump to prevent it from being destroyed. The device can cooperate directly connected to pumps whose engines do not consume more current than 12 A. For most single -phase engines, smaller current than 12 and consumes the engine up to 2.2 kW.
The device is intended for working with clean water without mechanical pollution. The maximum water temperature should be less than 80 ° C.
A small diaphragm can be mounted to increase the flexibility of the system to the Water-Mass model.
