The PR-50 hand pump is a piston pump, designed for pressure tests for the tightness of the installation and filling solar installations. The main advantage of the pump is the ability to use it without access to electric power supply.
Thanks to the open design, the pump is also a 12 -liter dish. Thanks to the proven and durable construction, the pump is a very popular device that is equipped with installers.
ACTION:
The tip of the pressure hose is connected to the checked installation, then fill the pump tank with clean, preferably filtered water. Then fill the installation with water. The pump is used to introduce only the final amount of liquid necessary to obtain the desired pressure. Unscrew the V1 valve.
After connecting the pump, filling the pump and the tested installation with water, unscrewing the V1 valve and turning the V2 valve, water is poured with a lever, observing the pressure gauge. After obtaining the desired pressure, the V1 valve should be turned off. If the test pressure is accidentally exceeded, the V2 valve is slightly unscrewed after turning the V1 valve. Then, the pressure will start to fall.

- Tightness of tubular systems (water installations, compressed air, oil).
- Tight testing when producing boilers and pressure tanks.
- Filling solar installations.
- Injection of anti -freezing means to existing CO installations.
