The PC-13 automatic device is designed to control the pump by turning the device on and off. Switching on depends on the drop in water pressure in the water installation below the minimum pressure set on the device and on the creation of flow in the pipe on which the PC-13 device is installed. Turning off depends on stopping the water flow in the pipe on which the PC regulator is installed. The device turns on the pump when you turn on the water tap or when the sprinklers are opened, and turns it off when the tap or sprinklers are closed. The device has a dry-running protection function (operation of the pump without water). In the event of a lack of water, the automatic device turns off the pump, preventing its destruction. The device can operate directly connected to pumps whose motors do not consume more current than 10 A during operation (up to 16 A when starting). The device protects the installation against flooding due to small leaks. A leak causes a pressure drop in the installation, but the device will not turn on because it does not detect water flow (with small leaks, the water flow is negligible). The device is equipped with a 1 m cable with a plug and a 60 cm cable with a socket.
