The GX crushing pump has a cutting system with suction that allows you to crush solids. These pumps are used wherever you need to pump a dirty liquid through pipes with a relatively small diameter, often already installed. Applications: living sewage, fluids with solid bodies, wherever high pressure is required.
Characteristic
All main components are made of gg20 cast iron. Mechanical and labial sealing in the oil chamber guarantees the proper operation of the product.
GX crushing pump - advantages
The vacuum axial cutting system with hardened steel knife in GX pumps ensures effective contents of the content sewage of domestic origin. The knife spinning inside the inlet works like a cutter, cutting and rubbing everything into small pieces, so you can pump sewage with thin pipes with a diameter of even DN40. The shape of the knife and a precisely adjustable shield mean that the risk of wrapping garbage on the rotating parts is very low. The protrusions protruding from the shield effectively break the braid often formed around the knife (which is the most common cause of the rotor blocked).

GX type pumps are designed for domestic and economic sewage pumping stations and for compact pumping plants often found in buildings. Pumps from the axial grinding system of solids can be successfully installed on coupling feet, e.g. Easy 3.1 Whether Easy 3.2, in the type of pumping stations DRENO Box or coupling feet Duty 50.
Returous pump control with a shredder
GX series pumps can be controlled or built -in swimmer or an external signal, e.g. from the M121 or M131 controller (one or three phase). For more demanding customers, we can offer advanced control systems for 3, 4 or more swimmers, on a hydrostatic poll or according to the ordering party.
