Application
The centralizer is used to stabilize the pump inside the well pipe and prevents the pump from moving during the starting moment of the engine.
Construction
The centralizer is made of durable rubber, the shape of which can be adapted depending on the size of the well. The centralizer is longitudinally cut and finished with two clamping bands that allow you to mount it on the discharge pipe. By bringing the controller clamps closer to each other, we will increase its diameter, thus adapting it to the diameter of the well.
Installation
The centralizer should be mounted on the discharge pipe. In order to install it, tighten the clamps in such a way that the centralizer does not move along the discharge system. It is important that the upper clamp is tightened more strongly than the bottom clamp, so that if necessary, dismantle the pump if necessary. The lower controller clamp should be 10-20cm above the pump. The centralizer should be adapted to the diameter of the well, but not to the extent that makes it difficult to leave the pump to the well.
Properties
The centralizer is intended for systems equipped with a pressure pipe with a diameter from 1 "to 1cut" and a cover pipe from 4 "to 8". The clamps attached to the centralizer are made of stainless steel.
