All main components are made of gg20 cast iron. The double mechanical seal in the back-to-back configuration, placed in the oil chamber, guarantees long product durability.

DNA-EX sewage pump is an ideal solution for people looking for a professional product for use at home or a small company. Free DNA-EX sewage flight is the best alternative to pumps with a shredder that often clogs by exposing the user to operational difficulties. A large free flight under a rotor of pollutants from 45 to 80 mm (depending on the model) provides long -term work without having to interfere. Open six -pane Vortex rotors cope perfectly even with fibrous sewage content while shredders act as winders. The shredders quickly exterminating in the sewage act like wedges and block the pump. Sewage pumps with such a large free flight under the rotor are devoid of such flaws. The thick walls of the rotor are enough for many years of work in sewage of raw housing. Connecting collars allow installation with any coupling feet with holes according to DN50-80 PN10.
When choosing a pump, check the parameters of the available pipeline because sometimes the diameter of the discharge pipe or the geometry of the area requires the use of more power.
Control
DNA-EX sewage pump has two versions that are power: one and three-phase. The floats are available as separate accessories connected to the special EMX-EX barrier (relay in the control cabinet). We recommend simple drivers to control DNA-EX pumps (except for versions with a built-in swimmer) M121 (230 V), appropriate control cabinets can be used to preserve the conditions according to ATEX.
Installation methods
Thanks to the DN-EX DN collar, they are eagerly installed on coupling feet in household, municipal, network and rainwater sewage pumping stations. When using a suitable hose connection (knee finished with a barefoot end), we get a portable pump for dehydration and work with liquids with a high content of solids (gravel, sand, garbage). DNA-EX sewage pump can be watered with a garden without any obstacles, dehydrate the flooded garage or basement, and pump water from a pond or a ditch to another tank. DNA-EX pumps have stable legs protruding from the pump body, on which they can stand on an even ground ensuring the adequate ground clearance under the water body.
Like any sewage pump DRENO, DNA also has a 10 -meter power cord as standard. They work perfectly with coupling feet DRENO: Duty50, Duty 65, Duty 80 and B5.
