The Compatta Pro series with a free flight is used to pump municipal and industrial sewage. The elasticity of use and small sizes make it especially suitable for pressing house and housing sewage. Advantages of pumps with a slow flight Compatta Pro
The Compatta Pro series pumps are a more advanced version of the home Compatta home pumps. This version is distinguished primarily by the purpose of working in difficult conditions, including explosion -threatened zones. The manufacturer took care of the ATEX certificates for pumps and the necessary equipment such as a special choke wire and ATEX control panel (available to order). The Pro version has only one free flight size under the rotor, i.e. 50mm, which successfully works with coupling feet Easy E3.1 and Easy E3.2 and piston pipelines from the DN50 up.
Open six -pane Vortex rotors cope perfectly even with fibrous sewage content while typical shredders act like winders. The rapidly stuck in the sewage of the shredders act like wedges and block the pump. Sewage pumps with a free flight under the rotor are devoid of such defects. The thick walls of the rotor are sufficient for many years of work in the sewage of harsh and economic origin.
When choosing a pump, we always check the parameters of the available pipeline because sometimes the diameter of the discharge pipe or the geometry of the area requires the use of more power.
Control
Compatta Pro has different versions that are a combination of single and three -phase power supply and a built -in float control (only 230V) and an external signal. We recommend simple drivers for home applications M121 (230V) or M131 (400V). For more demanding users and two pumping pumping stations, we offer professional power supply switchgears in the relay and unit. SPP and SPS.
Possible ways to use
When using a suitable hose connection (knee finished with a barefoot end), we get a light portable pump for dehydration and work with liquids with a high content of solid bodies (gravel, sand, garbage). Compatta Pro pumps are used for dehydration in mines, process water metastasis on sewage treatment plants or in difficult industrial conditions. Compatta Pro has stable legs protruding from the pump body that ensure the right clearance under the water body.
