The 4-pole series is designed for pumping clear liquids and wastewater. Its extensive range and high hydraulic efficiency make this series particularly useful in water treatment plants, sewage systems, agriculture, and industrial facilities, including airports, underground public transportation, hospitals, and hotels.
Characteristics
All major components are made of GG25 cast iron. Two separate mechanical seals (the motor side in the oil chamber and the impeller side in contact with the liquid), together with high-quality components, ensure excellent performance and product reliability.
A4 submersible pumps
The A4 series submersible pumps feature a single-channel open impeller, i.e. an impeller with excellent properties for pumping raw wastewater and a function for cutting fibrous materials. On the one hand, there is only one channel, which limits the division of the flow in the pump’s hydraulic system, preventing fibrous materials from winding around the impeller; on the other hand, long elements are cut by the cutting pair: the impeller and the pump casing plate. At the same time, the impeller efficiency is significantly higher than that of pumps with free passage and Vortex-type impellers.
Installation of the A4 submersible pump
As the A4 series pumps are designed for professional applications, in most cases they are installed on DRENO type coupling feet: A, B or DUTY in municipal and industrial pumping stations. For their control, we offer customers advanced control systems with appropriate motor protection and pump damage protection, such as two independent moisture probes in the motor and oil chambers, e.g. CR3.1.
