Multi -stage, centrifugal IBQ deep pumps are designed for working in wells and open water reservoirs. Against the background of other deep -sea pumps, IBQ pumps are distinguished by the use of a modern, energy -saving engine using durable magnets and a frequency converter. The effect of such a solution is the engine that it gets 6000 rpm, with very high efficiency. The inverter used is not used to adjust the speed depending on water intake, but only to raise and maintain high engine speed.
The use of durable magnets and inverter in the engine design, gives a great advantage over traditional pumps:
- Energy saving due to high engine and pump efficiency. Obtaining the same hydraulic parameters of pressure and efficiency allows IBQ to be used with an engine about 15-20 % smaller than in a traditional pump.
- Dry -work protection. Inverter electronics controls the engine current. At the time of detecting the appropriate to the dry -time - it turns off the engine. Return the pump is possible after turning off and re -connecting the pump to the electrical network.
- Mild start, thanks to which there is no negative hydraulic impact effect for the hydraulic installation, definitely slower mechanical consumption of the engine and pump, lack of influence on the electric network of starting current.
- In traditional solutions, obtaining permanent engine operating parameters is associated with rapid start -up. The start causes that for the first few seconds of operation the engine takes a multiple of a normal work current (start -up current). The result may be voltage fluctuations in the power supply network resulting in problems with other devices connected to this network, knocking out traffic jams, burning electrical connections in controls. The startup is usually associated with a temporary obtaining of a pump hydraulic parameters higher than the nominal parameters, this means that in the first few seconds of work, the installation is pressed water with higher parameters (pressure, efficiency) than nominal, designed for a given network. This is the so -called Hydraulic impact. Cyclic repetition of such a hit leads to faster wear of the hydraulic water network. Another disadvantage that is removed through mild start is the mechanical and electrical consumption of the engine. The hydraulic impact causes an increased mechanical load of the engine and pump, and the high start -up current weakens insulation inside the engine.
- Possibility to work with relatively high voltage fluctuations. For single -phase engines 320 - 450 V,
- Due to the lower dimensions of IBQ pumps in relation to traditional - definitely lower costs of wells and assembly.
- Due to a few seconds, a mild start when working in hydrophore systems, the pump should work with a water tank with a minimum volume of 80 L.
3 "IBQ pumps are equipped with a can with current protection.
